4.2. According to the management entity:

  • First-party cookies are those created or managed by the party responsible for the site, in this case TKE, and which are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the editor itself and from which the service requested by users is provided. We use our own persistent cookies for technical purposes to control the display of the cookie banner.
  • Third party cookies are those that are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the editor, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.

4.3. According to the purposes of the processing:

We only use strictly necessary (technical) cookies that are essential for the proper functioning of the Platform. These cookies do not require user consent under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant ePrivacy rules. No analytics, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies are used on TKE’s Brand Hub.

The legal basis for using strictly necessary (technical) cookies is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional digital environment for users who are authorized to access the Brand Hub (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
